This is a FIRST TIME EVER OFFERED Exclusive hunt made possible by Hunting The Rez
and
The Fort Belknap Fish & Game Department!  This type of hunt has never been offered
to
non-tribally enrolled members before!

This EXCLUSIVE hunt is a Guided Buffalo/Antelope Combination package.
There are over 500 head of buffalo and over 300 head of antelope on The
Fort Belknap Indian Reservation!

5 DAY BUFFALO/ANTELOPE COMBO RIFLE HUNT – 1 HUNTER
Up for bid is an all-inclusive, fully guided buffalo/antelope hunting package on
the beautiful Fort Belknap Indian Reservation located in north central Montana.
This hunting oasis on the prairie boasts 800,000 acres of rolling hills, brushy
coulees and endless wheat and alfalfa fields.

 

BIDDING:
Bidding will begin on June 1st, 2011 @ 1pm MST.
Bidding will close on June 10th, 2011 at 4pm MST.
Starting bid will be $4,500.00
The auction will be conducted through eBay and a link will be posted
here (www.HuntingTheRez.com) when the auction opens.


DATES OF THE HUNT:
Schedule at your leisure between the dates of October 1 and October 31, 2011.
If you are unsuccessful within your 5 day hunt, you are welcome to return any
time during the month of October at your expense.

 

 

TRANSPORTATION:
Airfare to Great Falls International, Great Falls, Montana or Logan International
in Billings, Montana is the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Transportation
will be provided from either airport to Fort Belknap, Montana.
Or, you can rent a vehicle from the airport if you prefer.
Prior arrangements are required.

 

 

ACCOMMODATIONS:
Lodging is included with the winning bid.  Motel arrangements will be made at the
Chinook Motor Inn, Chinook, Montana, which is 25 miles west of Fort Belknap, Montana.

GUIDE SERVICES:
The hunt will be a fully guided hunt by local guides who know the country well.
The guide fees are included in this package.
Guides will field dress and cape the animals to the nape of the neck.
Transportation/shipping costs of the meat or the cape is not included.
Arrangements can be made for transportation and shipping for an extra
fee through the Fort Belknap Fish & Game Department.

 

 

GRATUITIES:
Gratuities are the responsibility of the winning bidder.

ANIMAL INFORMATION:
Buffalo – Free roaming herd of 600 head, plenty of bulls between the ages of
8 to 15 years of age.

Antelope – Several free roaming herds throughout the reservation.
Plenty of 12 to 14 inch bucks.
